By accessing, downloading, or using Ojupo (the "Service") operated by Ojupo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms apply to every user, including without limitation users who contribute content, information, or other materials to the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ojupo is an app discovery platform that aggregates information about applications available on Google Play. The Service provides search, categorization, and curated listings to help users find apps. Ojupo does not host or distribute apps itself; it links to external app pages hosted on Google Play.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

All apps referenced on the Ojupo platform are hosted on Google Play. Ojupo does not host, license, or distribute those apps. When you select an app listing on Ojupo, you will be directed to Google Play to obtain or access the app. Your use of the app and any transactions are governed by Google Playâ€™s terms of service and privacy policy, not by Ojupo. Ojupo bears no responsibility for the content, availability, or functionality of third-party sites or services accessed via links on the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Ojupo platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and underlying code (the â€œOjupo Contentâ€), is the property of Ojupo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from Ojupo Content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Ojupo, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law. Reproduction or misuse of Ojupoâ€™s marks without prior written permission is prohibited.

5. User Content and Submissions

Ojupo may allow users to submit feedback, reviews, or other content. By submitting such content, you grant Ojupo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the content in connection with the Service. You affirm that you own or have rights to the content you submit and that your submissions do not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Prohibited Conduct

In using the Service you agree not to engage in activities that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Ojupo or its services, or interfere with other usersâ€™ enjoyment. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, distributing malware, engaging in harassment, manipulating app listings, misrepresenting affiliations, or using automated means to access or scrape the Service without authorization.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an â€œas isâ€ and â€œas availableâ€ basis. Ojupo disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, title, and non-infringement. Ojupo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor that any defects will be corrected. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ojupo and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In any event, Ojupoâ€™s total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Ojupo for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater, where permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ojupo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneysâ€™ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Modifications to Terms

Ojupo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ojupo operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts located in the jurisdiction where Ojupo operates, to the extent permissible by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or safety concerns. Upon termination, you may lose access to features of the Service and any content you submitted may become inaccessible.

13. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain hyperlinks or references to third-party websites, services, or content, including Google Play. Ojupo is not responsible for and makes no representations about the content, accuracy, or usefulness of such third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party sites are at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

14. Privacy
